I say painting too. (Not enough shadows and light to look like a real photograph.)
I don't know.I do think it is a painting, but it is damn close.
We have a photo place here (Ritz), and they have some service where they somehow turn a photo into a painting, or at least what looks like a painted portrait. Maybe that's what was done here.
I love that picture. I wish I looked as beautiful as she does!
