I couldn't sleep any longer than 4am wondering and hoping. I knew there'd be lots to smile at today - beyond the things that would make me angry. And here it is.
I love this one! A great laugh. And the Cabaret duo? Come and gone in a flash.
I'm relieved that Obama is America's next President. I can also report that despite the wishes of South Korea's government, most South Koreans are very happy about seeing Obama in the White House.
However, the Seoul government did deliver a final insult to me, as its pet project, the California gay marriage ban, appears to have won.
Time to start making the world a better place. We all are residents of the global village, and for those of us who are Americans, we are all Americans, not Republicans nor Democrats. We must, however, continue to be vigilant against enemies of world peace and American security - including South Korea's conservative establishment.

Never underestimate the desire of republicans to undermine democracy.
It is going to be a very long day. No smiling until victory is IN hand. Not AT hand.
